WASHINGTON, DC- U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) released the following statement on the seventh anniversary of the September 11th attacks:
“America and the world were changed forever seven years ago today when 2,974 victims lost their lives at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Shanksville. Today in Washington I joined with my colleagues at the U.S. Capitol, one of the potential targets saved by the bravery of those aboard Flight 93, to observe a moment of silence and to mourn those killed. We all came together as Americans who will never forget. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who lost their lives on September 11th.”
