He is exceptionally well-qualified for this role, having served as Acting Adjutant General and Deputy Adjutant General, as well as distinguished service and multiple deployments in the Air Force and Air National Guard earlier in his career. General Carrelli’s command of the force structure and personnel issues facing the Pennsylvania National Guard, as well as his personal commitment to ensuring our servicemembers and Veterans have every resource they need, will serve the people of Pennsylvania well.”
