“I want to express my condolences to Vicki and the Fabrizio family at this difficult time. Flo dedicated his life to public service. He was a proud Penn Stater who was always known for his kindness. Flo cared deeply about people and always fought to defend the interests of our most vulnerable: children and older citizens. Erie has lost a champion.”
