WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) today attended the installation of Cathy Bissoon as a District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
“I congratulate Judge Bissoon on her installation to the post of United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania,” said Senator Casey. “Judge Bissoon’s experience and judgment will make her an asset to the Western District. In addition to her excellent credentials as a lawyer and federal magistrate judge, she brings a true American success story to the bench.”
