Washington DC- Today, U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) received a briefing from top officials at the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) and weighed in with officials at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) urging federal officials to continue to aid the state as it deals with this extreme weather.

“Today I spoke with officials at both the state and federal level about the ongoing storm hitting Pennsylvania. I appreciate the work our first responders are doing to keep residents safe and get communities back on track. I’ll continue to receive updates from PEMA officials and continue to urge FEMA to provide all the necessary resources to the state as this challenging winter continues.”
