Flag ReqUEsT

Senator Casey is happy to help Pennsylvanians purchase flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol Building for special occasions like retirements, birthdays, or anniversaries.

To request a flag, please fill out the form below.  You can choose the size and material of your flag, in addition to whether you would like to have the flag flown over the Capitol.  You can also choose to have your flag flown in someone's honor on a specific date by filling out their information on the form.

If you wish to use a credit or debit card, you must process your entire order through a separate form hosted through the U.S. Department of Treasury.  Please click the "Debit or Credit Card" option below. 

Please note: It takes approximately three weeks from the date of ordering to process a flag that will be flown, certified, and shipped.

If you wish to use a check or money order, you must process your order below on this page.  Please click the "Check or Money Order" option below.  When done, please mail your check or money order to the Senator's office in Washington, DC.

Please note: Mail-in requests to have your flag flown on a specific date can be sent no more than 6 months in advance.  Please be aware that it will take approximately four to six weeks from the date of mailing to process a flag that will be flown, certified, and shipped.  (It takes approximately four weeks for flags that are simply purchased and shipped without certification.)
